01 / The challenge
Good teaching, held back by the tooling around it.
The institute ran strong programmes on a patchwork of video calls, drive folders and manually graded tests. Every new cohort meant repeating setup by hand, and assessment credibility rested on trust rather than the system.
02 / Our role
We built the platform, and the leverage to run it without us.
We treated the faculty as the primary users: programme setup, content and assessment all had to be theirs to change. We owned the architecture and build, and left them able to launch a programme on their own.
Programme builder
Cohorts, modules and schedules configured by faculty rather than requested from engineering.
Coursework and submissions
Assignments, deadlines and feedback in one flow, with a clear record per learner.
Proctored assessment
Timed assessment with integrity controls proportionate to what the certificate is worth.
Progress reporting
Learner and cohort progress views the institute uses in its own reviews.
03 / The outcome
New programmes launch without an engineering ticket.
The institute runs cohorts, coursework and assessment on one system, and the engagement has moved into growth work on reach and completion.
04 / Impact
The numbers we track with the client.
Across cohorts run on the platform to date.
Needed for faculty to launch a new programme.
Versus the cohorts run on the previous tooling.
Configured and maintained by the institute itself.
Figures are placeholders pending client sign-off.
